Jen is amazing. I dye my hair red which can be tricky. She is always concerned if I like it and how long the color lasts. She is super professional and a great stylist. My hair is always fabolous when I leave.

Walked in for a kids hair cut and there wasn't any employees inside. The one customer that was sitting with her hair color processing told me they were all outside. When an employee came inside she asked if we had an appointment. I said no and she said well we have two appointments coming in and that we could wait until they were done if we wanted to. Not a single person had arrived yet and I thought walk ins were welcome. We decided to leave. Obviously you aren't that busy if every stylist is outside smoking and 1 customer is inside. I won't return.

Stopped by this morning just to get my hair trimmed and the girl at the front desk said she couldn’t do it becuz she had an appointment coming in, in twenty minutes. She told me I could come back at noon. That’s all I wanted was a trim…..no style or anything. I have a wake to attend. I asked if walk ins were allowed and she said yes??? I’m confused. Will not go back there!
