Why do I go back? Every time. Tonight, two separate orders, explained precisely. First they served our orders to someone else,... while we are at pick up window.. yes, served BOTH orders to someone else. They then couldn't figure out how to"remake", orders... "Please pull over here and wait while we MAKE your order. 15 minutes later, cold burger, soggy fries, fish with tarter on container, not sandwich.. worst ever

The restaurant is always super clean, food is typically prepared in a reasonable time. Staff is usually courteous and has yet to screw up my order. Reasonably priced considering Biden's current economy, lower prices than some other McDonald's but, only by a few cents.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they assume I wanted a large meal and a coke (which I didn’t), they also were just so unprofessional. I could hear people yelling while I was ordering, and it seemed that the manager (?) was distracting a newer employee. The newer worker was trying to be kind (and seemed to know how to do the job better than the manager), but it seemed everything she did was criticized by the manager. I will be traveling to a new McDonald’s for next time! This place is trying to steal money and do not seem to care about their employees. Don’t go here!

Waited 15 minutes for food, which whatever it's dinner time, however it's 20 degrees out and the staff member was going to different cars to try to deliver it (they made everyone park and wait) so the food got colder, again it is what it is, and I wouldn't even write this review except the fries I got. This was supposed to be a large fry, and they only filled it as shown in the photo, and no I did not eat any before I took the box out the bad, saw it, and took the photo to put on social media. At least the staff is friendly which is why I went 3 stars and not 2.
