I should’ve known something would go wrong once I arrived and seen the sign on the door saying burgers were not being sold at this time. I experienced a few things during this visit. While the appetizers didn’t take long to receive, we waited a long time for saucers. One of my mozzarella sticks didn’t have ANY CHEESE in it, hardly any cheese pull when were finally able to eat. Who orders mozzarella sticks and expect NO PULL. Ridiculous. I wasn’t going to wait for fresh ones. My order came back with honey mustard sauce instead of barbecue sauce per my request. It then took a few employees to flag down to get the right sauce. One of the plates had stickers that were under the cooked and plated food as if it was cooked in the broccoli. Overall the food was okay, could’ve been better. Same for the waitress. It’ll take an invitation under certain circumstances for me to return. For the price of these meals there should be no room for error. I paid a pretty penny because we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation.

I understand that it is a shortage of workers but the Manager should at least come up front and explain to everyone that's waiting to be seated that we are short and we will make sure you get seated as soon as possible instead of having your waitresses walk pass 15 people standing by the door and not say anything. I waited 30 minutes before anyone said anything about being seated and then another 30 minutes to get a table. My hat goes off to the staff but at least inform customers about wait time and give them the option to leave or stay.

been sitting here for 20 mins and this skinny white boy is very passive aggressive doesn’t want to take our order claims “jackie will take ur order she’ll be here in a minute” yet he asked us what drink we want and had an nasty attitude about it. Just very distasteful disrespectful unprofessional he should be fired immediately. wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a racist. he called me “brother” i stated i didn’t want anything to drink then he proceeds to yell across the room “you want a water brother?” I come here all time and usually have the same waitress. This guy is disgusting. he’s in the 2nd picture and 3rd picture.

After having a bad experience with another Restaurant Chain, we were forced to find another restaurant that could accept us last minute on Valentine's day. 2 hours before closing with a full wait list, management took care of us, despite how chaotic the work load had become for the staff. Our Server Torie was EXCELLENT! even though we had high Hope's to eat at the previous restaurant, I am happy that my date and I, had the opportunity to enjoy our first date night, which happened to be on Valentine's day🤩🤩

Maybe they were out of high chairs? Or the spot at which you wanted the high chair may have been a fire hazard or an obstruction to the area which people have to walk? I'm no manager of the place or safety officer but, just situations that could have been for that instance of not being able to accommodate a high chair. As for the half table/half booth, that seems uncomfortable. If a place is busy, I understand I gotta get in where I fit in. But if its not busy, I like my space so I'd want a booth.
Some salads but you have to watch so.e of the ingredients; such as, any powder ingredients may noy be g.f. and i believe one of the wings is g.f. Let them know about your allergies or preferences and they will get you the book that will let you know of g.f. options. They are very good at make ng it the way you want if it is possible.
