The customer service at this company is poor as they promise delivery dates to get a sale then do not communicate to you when they are going to be missed. We have experienced this twice already as the Boston Interior Rep has not communicated extensive delays on 2 different occasions, we had to call ourselves to get a status. In each case we are given a myriad of excuses, however the reality is there is no excuse for poor communicating especially since we were very clear on our need for a specific time period. I would suggest to be very careful with this company as the appear to do a bait and switch sales process that hurts customers.
