They promised 3k warranty and i have not received a single call back from issues im having with a truck i purchased here they are typical used car dealers that cares nothing about how your experience is after a minor discrepancy they had promised a full tank of fuel, never happened, warranty you will not get a call back from service, i waited one day for and hour and a half after i was scheduled to sign paper work and wasnt even acknowledged. Worst dealer, worst service and worst experience with buying a vehicle. And btw my "warranty" is now up and im sure that they do this purposely. Do not ever visit or consider this dealer.

I bought a truck from them, it appeared to be in decent condition (hence the purchase)… we brought the truck back to get fixed while under warranty… they claimed everything was fixed. The truck began giving me issues again (2 months in) so I had it looked at by a professional who informed me that the work they claimed they did on the truck was never completed. STAY AWAY & FYI once the warranty ends through them, they could really care less about the service they provide.

We're initially excited to purchase a vehicle from this facility. In fact we drove from over 2 and 1/2 hours away just to buy our vehicle there. However there were lots of empty promises to ensure the vehicle would pass inspection, with two follow-up visits that resulted in lost work days since they are only open until 5:00 p.m. because this is a Massachusetts establishment, vehicles sold here need to be guaranteed to pass a mass state inspection. We took this on faith and brought the vehicle home only to have it fail inspection. while they did eventually make it right, hours and hours of time on top of the frustration may get difficult for me to consider purchasing a vehicle from this place again.
