Everyone I encountered at Jordan’s was amazing! Derek was the first to help us find our perfect bedroom set. He did laps around the showroom helping me find special pieces. I enjoyed his British accent! The other two gentleman, one on the showroom floor and the other in the sleep lab we extremely helpful also. Even though it was close to closing, I didn’t feel rushed. The sleep lab tech wanted to find me my best fit. Thanks to all of you for a pleasant shopping experience!

John laughter was amazing in the bedding department. He knew everything a customer might want to know about betting and all the new technology. I have a credit card here and I love coming to this store and getting exceptional service. Joan helped me purchase a sectional couch for my new apartment today. Both of these associates were so helpful and never pushy. Some of the items in the store can be pricey, but as with anything you get what you pay for. I have had my beauty rest Platinum from this Jordan's furniture for over 6 years. Honestly the best investment I ever made in myself. I'm blown away that the service in the store is always amazing. Just wanted to give Joan and John a shout out and a thank you for helping me out.

I live on Cape Cod and go out of my way to go to Jordans furniture based on the quality and service! My second purchase from Jordans furniture in the last 18 months arrived today! Just like my last set of furniture, the process was smooth from start to finish. Eugene in the Avon store waited on me for this sofa table. He was happy to measure the depth when I called a day after placing the order because I questioned a measurement. It just arrived today by two nice guys and it came in the scheduled timeframe. As for the quality of the furniture, my leather couch set I got 18 months ago exceeds what I paid for it and the piece that arrived today is top quality and a good price. I’m really happy with doing business with Jordan‘s furniture, everything from the sales process to delivery has always gone right, that's why I travel the 55 minutes from my home. The extended maintenance plan is awesome , I have it on both sets of furniture and I love that it comes with a maintenance kit of fabric spot cleaner, wood polish, and leather conditioner and leather cleaner… And they are refillable for free!

My husband and I just purchased a new home so we went to Jordan's. The people at Jordan are dedicated staff and everyone was so nice. Eventhough our dinning room set order was wrong when they delivered it to the house, but within hours we had a customer service representative contact us and was very helpful. We finally got the right dinning room table delivered. I couldn't be too mad because everyone was so nice and helpful. I'm happy with the service there.

We love Jordan furniture, their clearance outlet on ground level has mind blowing bargains, when we bought our mattress the saleswoman spent well over an hour with us to find just the right one, when shopping upstairs you are free to roam suite after suite of living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms etc without sales people pestering you. When you have questions or wish to make a purchase they have plenty of staff, ready with a smile to assist you. I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan Furniture to anyone, no matter their tastes or pocketbook, I know they'll find what they want.
There is a clearance room on the first floor. Sometimes you may find cheap nice things.

I visited with a friend. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE practiced Covid Safety Policies. Each person is given protection between themselves and the test products! Salespeople are safety distanced but close enough to HEAR YOUR NEEDS/WANTS. I will definitely be back and feel safe doing so! Thanks Jordan's!!

Depends on how heavy your purchase is as well as ease of taking them inside the house - first floor, second floor? Will they have to remove the front door first for a wider access? How many delivery staff? So give or take $25 - $50. If you don't have, offer them water, and just be appreciative.

Yes, but for a fee. They let you go see Santa and take pictures without having to buy them but you won't get pictures if you don't pay. The pictures are saved to a card like the amusement parks do. Then if you want you can purchase there or online from your phone.
