Yes, but for a fee. They let you go see Santa and take pictures without having to buy them but you won't get pictures if you don't pay. The pictures are saved to a card like the amusement parks do. Then if you want you can purchase there or online from your phone.

Yes they do offer Santa after walking thru the enchanted village. I went mid week but was also able to take one with my phone.
