Management has been pretty cool overall. Rent isn't too bad. The townhouse was pretty well kept up when I moved in. Maintenance comes pretty quickly upon request. The neighborhood is kept up. Only downside is people sometimes park in your spots (tow trucks move them pretty quickly) and I wish they put in a playground, it's a sandpit now. Update: they are charging for parking now... Not cool. Rent goes up all the time that's no surprise but then you charge for parking $75 bucks...come on.

Be prepared to be charged for breathing here, they increase rent very often, you have to pay all utilities, and you have to pay monthly for use of a parking space ($25) and a garage($50) have any problems with your outdated appliances, will take management at least a few weeks to fix it. The pool is closed most of the time even in summer theres never any guarantee it will be open. The playground is hilariously empty, just sand and some swings. Please look elsewhere where at least the ridiculous rent price is justified

The management is horrible. The lady named Virginia in the office is just super rude. She just doesn’t know how to talk. Simple HORRIFIC!!!

Worst place ever, lived here for 5 years the manager is horrible she's been there too long she lives in the corner front and she doesn't care about anything. People are ehh, go somewhere else. Oh and corporate they don't care either, so sad that's why u might find them well priced cause your paying for the lack of professionalism. That's the nicest thing I could say.
