I would rather not share my medical history with the world, but being told to just “get back on my medication” again after nearly a year of working hard to establish healthy coping mechanisms without depending on medication is really hard to hear. The lack is support I have received from Kaiser Behavioral Health, outside of medication, is disheartening.

The eating disorder therapist Kathy Warnell, was the worst therapist I have ever encountered. Under my professional opinion, she deserves to have her licensed taken away, and she should go under evaluation. Look into getting a new therapist. She doesn’t deserve to help people, let alone mentally ill ones.

Terrible experience in the ER. My 73 yo husband was having chest pressure and hard time breathing. After an hour the triage nurse had him obtain an X-ray, labs, and ekg. I guess they must have been okay because we waited another 3 hours to be seen. Saw the PA for 10 minutes and she said okay to go home. Well we are headed back to another ER since he is much worse after 8 hours. Not a good system. I admit that it’s a ridiculously busy ER lacking staff and rooms.
