Always get my bodaro rolls at Superior for years now, but decided to stop here at El Super for them. BAD CHOICE! Not only more expensive, but hard as rocks! Tried heating them, and they got chewy. Very old bread. Not fresh, probably because of being overpriced! Never again! You may think six bodaro rolls is no big deal, but to family, it is. Wouldn't eat them! A ruined meal because of El Super and stale, old rolls!

BEWARE when buying food from them. I bought a chicken tender from them and after I ate half I noticed the chicken was RAW!!! I went back to let the employees know so they can check the other chicken tenders, that they had ready to serve and the supervisor did not really care. Serving raw chicken can make someone very sick and cause food poisoning and I feel like they did not take my complaint serious at all. I think they still continued to serve the chicken tinders even after I brought the issue to them. I will never buy food from them again!

Great selection of Hispanic groceries, but the customer service needs some improvement, except for the guy at the meat department I forgot his name sorry. I went at 3.30 on Friday 4.1. 22. He was there.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Main thing going to these Supermarket is to make sure you pay attention to your order to ensure any errors. If you had your own service counter, there should have been no mistakes on both ends, pay attention to what they are giving you. Meat are cheaper but sometimes services are bad but as an advice get your line # for the meat, pay attention to the person who is taking care of you so that you get the proper service. Try again, do the right way. Good luck 👍
