I just drove through to skip traffic at the main signal light. It's a nice neighborhood i use to do a few yards there. People there take care of their yards, it's a friendly place, they all seem to know their neibors.

Very nice park. Pricey for mobile homes. Nice clubhouse and well kept grounds. They do not allow much yard fence for pets . All the homes have double garages.

It's a senior citizens Community you own your house but not the property you pay rent on the property space but it's for 55 and over
The orchard is a seniors modular home park each one comes with a very nice yard I'm not sure if they rent them. they do have a beautiful clubhouse that I don't know if they rent . call them but it's a senior citizen's modular home park we're everybody owns their house but not the property. go ahead and call the office and good luck I wish you the best
They have an office in the clubhouse I believe is open 8-noon.
