Super attentive and kind lady who helped my Mom and me here. My Mom got two beautiful pair of comfortable shoes that she loves. She has been buying shoes here for years and the quality keeps the shoes lasting for decades! The store is clean and well organized and they have convenient parking in the back of their store. I ordered a pair of Bizas online and had to exchange for a larger size. I received a return shipping label and the new shoes very quickly. Great service! I love my Bizas (I have another pair too) but have to wait for a sale. I’m looking forward to shopping in person again.

No customer service skills. Walked in was not greeted. Been in retail for very 10 yrs (8 yrs selling shoes) very disappointed in the lack of service. Give them props for saying bye while on the phone and complaining about the previous customer that called in. Came in to purchase running shoes typically spend $150 or more. Went next door to Fleet feet instead.
