Went to bring in a work van for 3 new tires. Told me they had an opening Thursday or Friday . I said ok Thursday. Then they tell me they need the van all day to put on 3 tires. No thanks I'll take it to the mokena firestone those guys at least know how to schedule things and do great work. I could see if I was a walk in but if I'm making an appointment there should be a time. I should have known when I walked in no one was in front and an older gentleman finally came up stuffing his face with popcorn

Woke up to a flat tire on July 16 at 6am while on a pit stop on my vacation. My poor cat van needed 2 new tires in a pinch! Called up this closest Firestone which opened at one time, but was even nice enough to answer my call 10 minutes before they opened. Explained my issue and they said they would see what they could. I still had about 600 miles to go before I even reached my final vacation destination, and that's not counting my way back home! The manager and crew here were beyond amazing! I was finally able to get my cat van over to them by around 8:30am and they had me back up and running and on my way by around 10:30. SUPERB service! They got me 2 new tires as I needed one replaced and the other was flat. I can't express my appreciation enough for this lovely establishment. I am so particular about where my Cat Van (Chevy Astro) gets worked on because this car means the absolute world to me, and I am super glad that I was able to find this establishment. Was so lucky that they were able to get me back up and running, and I didn't end up getting to my final destination too late either. Thank you so much for your help and I'd recommend you anywhere! <3

Had a great visit.. had gone to three other Firestones and the service was horrible.. want to say that the Allison took very good care of us and her customer service was beyond. Also want to know that while we were waiting for our car another gentleman came in with a tire and a spare and just wanted to tire replace and it was done immediately. I tried to get this done at the Lansing location and it took forever had to leave have to say by far best Firestone
