It's a very nice place and location.
If i remember its 500$ but you get 250$ back after everything is over an they go over the check list. But they give it back in a check two days later.
It depends on how long you want to rent it out for or if you're a resident or not. You can Google them or Midlothian Park district to get the specifics.
