Before anything, the lady at the front desk is a sweetheart. Other than that, they suggested an alignment because I had to change 2 tires and I accepted. Also asked for the $10 inspection. When I got there, a guy whose name I forgot (he answered the phone 1/2 the times I called) didn't give me any details in the inspection before I asked and didn't attach the inspection paper to the receipt. I left the shop and felt the car pulling to the right. I called to reschedule another alignment next day and same guy said they were busy and had to be next week (as if it was my fault that they couldn't do their job correctly) Also a couple of suspicious things that happened but as I have no proof I won't say anything.

Showed up on a Thursday night at five. No one was qualified to do an alignment. Young lady said I could come in Sunday if I would like. So I showed up at 9:00. Gentleman working rhe Desk was rude and said I could leave it but can't promise they could get to it. That is 7 hours . He said I have to make an appointment for a day during the week . Drove past a couple times to go to Sam's Club and Portillo's and the shop was empty ! I use to work at this location from 92 -99 . We always had the bays full. Seems like no one wants to work anymore ! They did do the Alignment on Thursday just upset on the run around. Could have made an appointment the first time I showed up. Just saying

Got my car towed here as it was a local shop nearby when my car broke down. I told them my battery needed to be replaced, my belt slipped and my car was overheating right after the belt slipped. They replaced the battery and fixed the belt within a reasonable time & fair price! Everyone was really nice! My only issue was they never checked the coolant tank or radiator. Because of other issues, my coolant tank & radiator were completely empty. I almost didn’t make it home.

Came in with a rental car that had a leaky tire.. they said they were backed up and it would be 3 hours but 10 minutes later they came out got the car and had the leak fixed long before the rental car company picked up the phone. We were amazed and thankful for the speedy service and reasonable price.
