i do not know if you have hired a new employeee but they did not sweeten my sweet cold foam. do you prefer expired milk because it sure seems like it. that milk gave me and my coworkers the sharts on the toilet just hours after this experience. this same newby had no clue how to use a blender for crying out loud. just let me back there and ill make it myself, making sure to check the milk first!! lady had no clue how to use whip cream, apparently adding soft serve on top of a drink. why are you making me do my abc's when i enter the store??

If I could give this location a negative 5, I would. I visited the drive thur and ordered my favorite vanilla ice coffee with cold form. I presided to order a cookie for my son and myself, clerk told me she could not warm it up and that I could put it on my dashboard for it to warm up, not cool. When I drove up, the clerk was horrible and above it my drink was wrong. I drove around and came into the location to get my drink fixed but the clerks inside where the worst. One was upset and slamming things around and the clerk that was taking care of me was upset and had a horrible attitude. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location.

Starbucks is great that you're usually very consistent which is what really makes me like a place. Whether their food be bad or good I appreciate that they make the same way all the time not sometimes good other times bad. One problem I have with them is coffee not being hot enough but besides that when I order something it is exactly what I ordered and taste exactly the same each time besides the occasional lukewarm coffee. I go through the drive-thru and they are usually packed but the employees get everybody in and out very quickly and very politely. Now I see why they grow so fastly because they are very good what they do. I gave them the four stars only because of the cold coffee that was supposed to be hot.

I am a customer at this place since 2 years. People who work here at this location are so nice. I always get my order in the best way. Yesterday I replaced an order in my way to work. For the first time my order wasn’t good at all. I decide I will let go of it and just have fun and MoveOn. Today I will place the order there in the morning and then went to pick it up. My almond croissant wasn’t heated. I went back to ask them to heated. The worker got mad. She told me that the croissant was heated already but it got cold. She was talking to me in a bad attitude. She didn’t apology even when I was so nice to her. I want to my car and I just figured out that my turkey bacon sandwiches doesn’t have turkey bacon in it. The bread pieces was two different size. One of them are so small as you see in the picture. I went back and they ask them if that’s normal , She said yes this is normal. She said that the turkey bacon in there but she didn’t even look. I ask for the manager and sadly she said she is the manager. I left my order on the table and i left the store hoping that she will never talk to anyone else in this way. I love this place and I really hope that you guys can to someone else to manage this place. Starbucks customers deserve better service Than this way . I left two stars not for the location I left it for that specific person. I hope she will learn how to smile and enjoy her work.

Only at the Starbucks on 159th and Lagrange but they close their Cafe at 5:00 pm
