Very clean and safe for kids Looks like new equipment was installed on the playground for kids.

When you first arrive at this park, you think due to its size that it doesn't have much to offer. While not the largest in size, it is still equipped with various playground activities, basketball courts, a walking trail, baseball field, and a pool (Only opened between Memorial Day and Labor Day). There is also a nice picnic shelter. The park is very clean, and not crowded. Great place to take kids.

Lions Park is well maintained and an entertaining venue. There are a few walking trails, pavilions, nice playground, etc. so all ages will enjoy your trip here. Plus, if you play Little League Baseball they have a nice facility for that as well. I love to stop and eat lunch here when in town and then enjoy a walk through the more open area to relax and enjoy my time here.

Our children seemed to really enjoy it! The younger ones were all over the swings and slides, the older ones enjoyed the workout equipment on the trail.

I would assume the Park Board
As Zachary said, there is some equipment that is more open and potentially handicap friendly. It all depends on the handicap. It's definitely worth checking out tho. The Zipline is a favorite
