Left toiletry bag in room. Called once we realized it was left and no one was able to look or call back. Called multiple times and no one knows if it was in housekeeping or put somewhere. It contained jewelry, make-up and prescriptions. Had to file a police report to replace prescriptions.

I've spent more than 7 months out of the last year homeless, living in m/hotels. So, I know what's normal, & haven't been bothering to post Reviews because I could tear up almost every place of lodging, & I don't want animosity in case I have to return. However, after complaining about this twice now to the staff, I'm now resorting to posting this Review in hopes of it reaching someone who will rectify the problem. EVERY time I shower here, the water suddenly becomes scorching hot multiple times intermittently. I've twice told the staff to lower the maximum temperature on the gauge on the hot water heater to no avail. While I'm at it: the toilet handle must be held down for a prolonged time for it to flush properly, the microwave doesn't ever turn off - burning the food, the refrigerator makes annoying noise & even freezes my beverages at times, & the walls & ceiling make disturbing loud popping/exploding sounds randomly. I also slipped & fell in the tub shower the first time I used it, bruising my spine because there's nothing for gription in the tub. They also booked people for my room while my reservation was still active/I was still in the room and still had several days left in my reservation. The staff and their children are often making noise outside the rooms.

Cannot say much about the motel but we did eat at the buffet restaurant at the end side of the motel very enjoyable very nice selection very nice staff would definitely visit there again and will on this trip

Bathtub faucet dripped all night. You will need to bring shower supplies. They only provide 2 soap bars. Bed is decent. You get 3 pillows per bed. I did not use their blankets. I brought my own. Room had a microwave and mini fridge. Not the greatest of room but you get what you pay for.
