The most horrible Postal Station in Pacoima. I would rather drive farther away to another location than drop off any package or letters to pacoima postal service. Every single package I drop at this location gets lost. I have lost 2 packages, and I have lost faith. I don't have any issues at any other postal stations. I recorded myself dropping off an item, and the package gets forwarded to me. Be warned

If the stars were for the clerk who assisted me during my visit, Samuel, I would give 5 stars, but it goes to my overall experience. I don't care about the lack of parking, as other complain about, but the lack of customer service from certain employee DEFINITELY MATTERS. Samuel was on his own assisting a line of customers & thanking them for their patience. Meanwhile, a young Anglo-Saxon came in and out pretending to assist, he yelled to the customers (pretty much intimidating them) & walked out as the customers approached him. He was HORRIBLY IMPATIENT with a couple of older customers & didn't assist much. He is the kind of "person" who makes a good place a horrible place.

No Issues here. Not My HOME Post Office. I Arrived a few min Before they opened and was able to ship next day priority without any issues. I Arrived at 9:29am and was Out By 9:36 am with a tracking number.

I came here on Saturday and near Christmas time to send an important mail. I was impressed that they still opened that time and about the way they served me. So nice and kind and fast. My Christmas was great this year!
