Went for visit on 7/13 for my son’s foot , and the doctor that was in charge that day said will give referrals so my son can see the dermatologist, referral mail never arrive and call the center to find out about the referral today 7/22 , and shockingly just to find out that the doctor never put in the referral and we are waiting patiently for one week for nothing, not to say the waiting time , one and half hour in the exam room before the doctor can see you, hopefully it’s not something dangerous, really unprofessional, and we have to make another appointment with different doctor so we can get the referral. Better training should be provided to better serve the community.

I had a phone appointment and they called me 3 hours earlier. When I didn’t answer because it WASNT MY APPOINTMENT TIME. They canceled. It was very important for a refill they went out of the schedule appointment to say I missed my appointment. When I called they were too busy to answer. Worst clinic ever. Receptionist rather talk and laugh then help patients check in. Why are they even working if they aren’t doing there job??

What a joke. Love my doctor. Although he , (or ANYONE ELSE), cannot be reached because, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Be sure to request refills a minimum of one month before you run out, as the don't give a flying you know what! This system TOTALLY SUCKS.. You are just a number here. They don't do human.

The only problem with this clinic is the waiting time for everything if you want to make an appointment over the phone it takes almost an hour for someone to help you. Once you have your appointment if it’s over the phone they give you a time but don’t call you until like an hour from your appointment. Really bad service and this happen every time. A wait of time.
