here in los angeles they have demanded to this company but in truth they have a bad service of all the companies this is the worst. They never come when they have to come and most of the time they do not come to my business they have to come 3 times a week and if I'm lucky they come 2 or sometimes just 1

Terrible they don't credit for service they haven't completed. Customer service is terrible placed on hold than transfered To a voicemail that no one ever has called me back? Been waiting for over a week. No call back. I know that there is a transition from the city. But this is not professional . Also there us this call center that just takes calls and are not accomplishing or solving any problems just waisting my time and not picking up the waste. Route supervisor supposed to call me back just left another (mess edge) Guarantee they will not call me back mark my words.

Don't trust this company, they took money from my account on time! but Haven't picked up my garbage almost for 2 weeks, so the trash stinks all around my yard and neighborhood.they're supposed to picked up every Tuesdays, I've called every day since last Tuesday, but they didn't accept responsibility to come pick up! i have a business, the customers laugh on me! who is responsible? please tell me
