I’ve been battling for 6 months to receive medication after being seen once by a psychiatrist. After our first appointment he never honored the second, and today alone I was blown off in the morning by Rachel Ardoin. I was instructed to call the office and speak for rescheduling and the rude front desk only scheduled me a second appointment for later in the afternoon once I complained heavily and after all that the second psychiatrist, Dr. Ali, also completely blew me off and didn’t even show up to our appointment! How do you mess up so badly you deny an at risk patient possibly life saving medication TWICE IN THE SAME DAY?!

They are very rude. Their voicemail is always full and they do not answer their phones ever. I do not know how they are even in business. Michelle in their call center has zero customer service skills. Never would I recommend this place to anyone

Just know if anything happens to me I'm suing this place. Because they are responsible. If I catch COVID-19 because they wanna move me to a different place because they wanna fill up a new house I'll send them to court. Because my life and health is at risk.

It’s imporant for me to get help and get better but this place won’t help you. The staff is very rude and unprofessional I’ve seen them talk bad about people who come in BEGGING for help and don’t know what certain terms mean...even though it’s their job and the woman who gave me my new prescription was yawning in my face and burping the entire time, this place needs a whole new staff who actually enjoy what they do, want to help people, and actually care I’m very disappointed
