Rating is based on comparison to other Buona Beefs. Food was tasty. Service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and quiet. Prices are a bit high for the quality you get. If you're going to charge prices like that you better give me Portillo's quality.

Always quick and polite service. I go her way more than I should lol and I can honestly say it's always great. They hire good and food is good. Pasta is great!

I usually never write reviews but I’m disgusted by the food quality! Literally found a bug, dirt and to top it off my grilled chicken was still pink in the middle. It seems like they don’t wash the lettuce at all. I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now and I have never had a problem until now. This is unacceptable and a health hazard to the customers.

Super good food was my first time there I would definitely go back a hundred more times I got this spicy beef sandwich excellent! The only complaint that I have is if you work an establishment you should at least have some knowledge about your products. I asked not one but two different girls for Sweet and Low and neither one of them had any idea what I was talking about LOL I don't know if they were just giving me a hard time or if they were really that clueless. I had to tell them that it was little packets of sugar that are different colors like pink and yellow then they were like oh okay yeah I have that. SMH LOL
