The haircut I got was a lot shorter than the pictures I showed the stylist, but it's hair so I guess it will grow out. Just not what I showed the stylist. Left feeling disappointed.

First of all I do like my twin son's haircuts. However, the service is less than professional. I called this location yesterday to book appointments AT THE SAME TIME for my 4 year old twins. I clearly stated I'd like their haircuts to be done at the same time. The lady that helped me said that would not be a problem. After booking I even asked who would be scheduled to cut their hair. She gave me two names. So I was confident they would have their haircuts at the same time. We walked in at 10:25 and I let them know who I was bringing in for haircuts. The lady who was helping me check-in asked if I knew one of them was supposed to be at 10. I let her know I was told 10:30 for both of them. Before the lady who was helping me check them in could respond, a different stylist in the back said "Yes they were both booked for 10:30." I assumed they both would still have their haircuts at the same time anyway. A really nice hair stylist came over to get one of my twins seated and asked who would be first. Obviously my request was ignored and they did not receive haircuts at the same time. I was not given any explanation nor did I ask for one because what is the point if they already don't care. I did notice there was an additional free stylist at the time I walked in but shortly after we arrived this stylist had another client come sit down in her chair for a haircut. I definitely wondered if she was supposed to cut my other child's hair but instead took a different client. I am attaching a photo of the text message I received from hair cuttery confirming my children's appointments that was clearly scheduled at the same time. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern to a simple request.

I made a same day appointment, they were able to fit in a cut and style. I got about 6 inches cut off and she blow dried my hair. Patricia killed it! She was the most professional, bubbly hair dresser I have ever encountered. Would recommend her and will definitely be back!
