Waitress was amazing. Am surprised this location always seems empty. Pancakes were a little dry but the waitress made up for it with being on top of refills and anything we needed.

Was seated in booth with broken seat. Shorted my order and never completed. Brought my wife gray pineapple for fruit side dish and still charged us for it. Know help is hard to come by and people are stretched to cover but at least serve edible food. Not the end of the world but is the end of my patronage

Out waitress, Sabrina, was amazing, and the cook, who was shorthanded and managing everything so smoothly, made delicious food. We ordered from both the breakfast and lunch menus, and everything was delicious. I tried the fajita bowl without cheese and hash browns, and it was FANTASTIC! Excellent service from start to finish, and delicious food!

Been here twice and food was subpar compared to other IHOPs. First time, my pancakes were a bit undercooked and gummy. Also, place looked very unkempt. Second time we hoped for a better experience as things looked much better and the service was great. Food still under par, however. Hashbrowns were swimming in grease and hubby's pancake was cold. Won't be going back to this one.
