Do not put your family member here, the staff is only nice to you to get you into their facility. There were bedbugs there and when the problem was addressed about it they continued to ignore it like it never happened. This is not a good place for anybody's family member to go to.

I was looking for a place for my mom who was very apprehensive about moving to senior living. I was referred to Debra Crayton. She was Awesome..She help my mom understand that she wouldn't be losing her independence but that they in fact encouraged it. So far it's been a very pleasant experience. Debra helped us get all the paperwork filled out and my mom will be moving in soon. What a big load off my shoulders.. Thanks so much Debra...*update* Very disappointed now due to all the false information given when we were touring and signing up for Elevate Senior living.. It definitely sounded too good to be true.. because it was 😪😪😭

Great Advocate! After months of calling other Senior living facilities, being added to a wait-list (5-20 years+) or no responses for help with my dad. I was referred to Debra Crayton - Elevate Sr Living in South Holland from JenCare Senior Center. She let me know right away, how she can assist us. She immediately called a colleague, and explained our situation. The referral, emailed us an application and set us up for a visit the following business day. It is great and wonderful people like Ms. Crayton that makes elderly people feel special and cared about during their lowest times. She is very resourceful...what a blessing!

I arrived at elevate last October and it was a compilation of caring caseworkers finding this home. The staff here is concerned about all of their tenants. When I arrived here for a tour, they even had a plate for dinner waiting for .me in my room. I have had my share of interim places to stay and elevate made me feel more than welcome. I am an independent resident, however, it so nice to have Housekeeping come in and clean the bathroom and vacuum. Thank you elevate for your warm hospitality!! Judith
