Handicap veteran and I was given a room on the 3rd floor supposedly all handicap rooms were booked. Overall room was nice smelled good no mildew or musty smell. Would suggest bring your own soap shampoo and conditioner and air freshener. Also report from my wife toilet is too low and takes several flushes to clear

My comforter had a burn hole and I believe they have bed bugs in room 311! Had to sleep in the chair so I wouldn’t get bit anymore. Sucks to go on a mini vacation and feel miserable because you have bite marks over your body. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I hosted an event over the weekend. The front desk receptionist named Kim was very nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure my guest and I were good. The rooms were nice for the price and the hotel was also clean and quiet.

Front desk lady in the morning was super delightful. The housekeeping staff was sweet. My room however was pretty "yucky". Stains on floor and mattress. But I'm pretty sure it was wine. Only one light bulb worked in my bathroom. There was a huge hole in my closet door. But a neighbor down the hall kept slamming the door and pounding on the wall at 2am in the morning... So I figured the hole was probably from the local townsfolk in the area who weren't exactly welcoming... But the staff really made up for it. I was in Chicago for work, for two weeks. Working graveyard. Wasn't a pleasant visit but again the only REAL positive experience during the visit was the staff. They're like the ambassador s to Chicago. Thank you.
