Customer service is horrible they don't try assisting u in any kind of way. Last but lease they want to over charge u to print a label and extra if the box needs tapping. My first and last time in there

Questions & Answers

Has anyone had troubles with them delivering Sunsetter Awnings? We are a dealer in IL and once it gets to this shipping center, it sits there for 2 WEEKS before it even leaves!!!

Yes imdeed, South Holla d has the worst customer service in the indusrty. I would rather have a local USPS deliver and take forever than to ship with UPS again. Honestly it stands for U=You P=Piece S=Sh##.
