My wife's car just up and quit. Had it towed to Midwest auto. They diagnosed the problem,fuel pump and fixed the problem. While it was there had them change the oil and do an alignment. Every thing was done in a day and it's doing fine. Happy wife happy life

First off the price, even without a coupon was less than any of "big name" oil change places. Second the staff was professional & friendly. Third the waiting room was 4.9 stars on its own. It was comfortable, very reflective of the staff and the most amazing part it was clean, I'm talking freshly home style clean. And last but certainly not least was that they didn't attempt to up-sell me a dozen other things or services. I'll be coming backing and I've already been telling friends & family where to go...for their auto care & repairs needs.

I did like this place. The ladies in the office are extremely nice. They are the reason why I gave this place the benefit of the dought. Everyone else, is terrible. Constant mistakes, over charging and terrible service. Can't even close a hood. Check it before you drive off. Nothing scarier than driving down the road and the hood pops up. All I can say is they get you with their kindness. Little gift bags, courtesy calls, free tows, loaners....all that goes to the wayside when the services sucks. Ton of better places that are a lot cheaper too. I hope this place gets its act together. They need a change, I won't say who, but the unhappy customers know who I'm referring too. No one appreciates being lied to.

If you value your time or your money don’t waste it here. I’ve been here 3 times all of which were bad experiences first I had my breaks done and they have squeeked for 6 months regardless of what I try I came in for an alignment and control arms and my tires aren’t even straight then I came for a wheel bearing told them what was wrong and that I’d like it fixed waited 6 hours with no call for them to tell me they needed approval to work on the car I just brought to them and asked them to fix but never attempted to call in said 6 hours to try and get approval
