I have been to many Hispanic restaurants throughout Illinois and Indiana and have only been this impressed with service, quality of food, decor, and overall experience one other time. Everything from the complimentary chips and homemade salsa to the well seasoned and fairly priced chicken fajitas was phenomenal. It is very clear that the employees care about their business and quality of food/service. I really appreciate the restaurant holding no punches with the quantity of food they provided as well. The dinners came with rice, beans, AND a side salad with avocado. I was amazed by this and they supplied plenty of Chile and limes at no extra cost. Overall, Taqueria Mazamitla is the place to eat if you're in the area. I could not imagine having a bad experience at this restaurant with the incredible food quality they provide at very fair and competitive prices.

ALWAYS the best food around! Their burritos and chicken taco salads are AMAZING! The service is fast and the prices are extremely affordable! Best in the area - hands down.
