They always leave out ingredients and are sloppy. I got a sandwich and a salad. The salad should have had avocado and did not. The sandwich was supposed to have bacon. It had half a strip of bacon. The girl at the pick up window seemed like she was annoyed that I was picking my food up. This is not my first bad visit at this location, but it will definitely be my last. They need training or new management, not sure where the issue is. The Valparaiso location is much cleaner, accurate, and friendly.

Horrible, I ordered a savannah chopped salad, I got a salad full of spinach, this was not a chopped salad at all. Just a big mess they through together, husband ordered a chocolate cookie they gave him a slice of chocolate cheese cake. Never again I’ll go to valpo!!

Ordered chicken Ceasars wrap and chicken Ceasars salad. The food was good but someone in morning food prep needs told to NOT leave the stem in the FOOD, felt like would break off a tooth! Staff was nice, I will say!

This is a 1 star review because management (Eric) decided that we should bring our order back to them for a replacement sandwich. This is a burnt sandwich, I am not seeking anything free but he treated me like a mooch and that's unsettling and I'm terribly offended. We honestly enjoy McCallisters but not at the cost of burnt food. Get it together please!
