Straight up best Breakfast we've ever gotten at Hardee's Biscuits were really great everything was hot and delicious and the crew was on point they didn't get mad or upset about our large order ( to whoever we spoke to on the phone and told us to call back in 10 minutes or so we are sorry for not calling back ) we came through the drive thru after we got finished with our business and got the food we were gonna call order thank you to everyone there that made our day you guys working the window were 1000% right best Hardee's breakfast ever we will be back

I very rarely eat fast food but today I really wanted a good milkshake. I remember how good Hardee’s milkshakes used to be so I decided to go there to get one today as a treat. I was so disappointed. Aside from the fact that they no longer offer chocolate malt milkshakes as an option, the chocolate milkshake I got was runny. Barely one step thicker than chocolate milk. It was also running down the side of the cup they handed me and got all over my hand and jacket. The milkshakes normally come with whipped cream on top and there wasn’t any on my shake at all. They handed it to me with a lid on it and it wasn’t even full. I paid nearly $5 for this “milkshake” that took over 10 minutes to get even though no one was in line ahead of me or behind me. It was a sloppy mess and I wish I’d saved my 5 bucks.
