So i took my car at 8am to get a lined up. An i called around 12pm and they told me they had it Inside already. An they call me again at 3 saying they couldn’t work on it if i want to take it back tomorrow. I’m not going there to take it back tomorrow because they took my whole day of work today bad severs.

I had appointment@11am for service check/tire rotation. It was 2:15 before they pulled it in to bay to even start. Was driving out of town that day, was only reason I didn't leave. Unusually go to Firestone in Homewood, Ill.great service, great manager, Brandon, but couldn't get appointment. Firestone in Lasning, Ill. I will never got to again. If this is normal service, they won't be in business for long

My tires were not there for my scheduled installation appointment (even though I received an email that said they were delivered). I waited for almost 2 hrs before they told me that the tires were currently coming off the delivery truck for that day.  After the install, I received 3 gray and 1 black tire cap (on brand new tires). Tire psi was extremely too high in front tires. I went to the gas station and noticed the tire stem looked weird, touched it and the air started coming out of the stem easily, went back to Firestone (for the 3rd time that day) only for them to tell me that the tire stem was corroded. Based on these minor issues, my tires could not have been fully inspected after install. Customer service acted like I was bothering them whenever I did have a question. Attitudes were apparent from the very beginning of my visit. I was there on & off from 9a til after 4p for four new tires to be installed (they close at 6p). That entire situation was, most certainly, NOT good customer service. I literally went to the gas station across the street when I noticed the tire stem. I  went right back across the street to Firestone within 5 min. Upon returning, 2 associates ignored me while standing at the register. I waited about 8 to10 minutes before anyone came to assist me... even though I saw associates just standing there talking, plus the ones who just looked at me and kept going (probably because I was asking too many questions). No one explained breaking my new tires in, warranty, repair service, or the receipt before finalizing my payment (AND THE BILL WAS WRONG AT FIRST, THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR A BATTERY. They advised that my battery was at 5 something and would be no good once it reaches 7 something.) I declined due to time restrictions. When it came time for payment, the battery was added on "by mistake". Told them I had to come back for the battery install because I was headed to work. Never made it to work, because I was already late due to the time spent at Firestone. After the whole fiasco of 4 new tires being installed, I was exhausted. I'm hoping I don't have any issues because I honestly don't even feel safe since the tire install. I've made a service appointment with the dealer for a full inspection. I went to Firestone because they are a trusted company that I've done business with in the past (at a different location of course). However, Firestone in Lansing, IL will never get my business again. And I'm sure they could care less. This is just a firm review from an honest place, after a bad experience. *UPDATE* I was so frustrated about the tire stem being corroded and air coming out of new tires, I didn't even think to check after the technician fixed the stem. I definitely got 3 grey tire caps and 1 black (on the tire he fixed). It makes me think it happened on purpose because I was asking too many questions. They might think it's "petty" or "does it even matter what color they are" answer to that: "Yes, it matters!" If I just shelled out a decent amount for new tires, I want them to be perfect after they are installed. I am still pissed, every time I think about how awful the service was. I was going back for the battery, please believe, I will not.
