Customer service attitude was excellent. Understood that I wanted what I wanted. Didn't try to substitute what I didn't want for what they didn't have. Very personable, easy to talk to. Only thing missing is distance between parking and the flow of traffic. Not their fault, but something to keep in mind, when you pull out.

Yes they are open M - F 9am - 6pm they have since moved to Lakeshore Drive around corner from original location. Awesome place.
I'm not sure...My guess is no as used laptops have propagated like wildflowers. A good option is to donate it for a tax credit.
