This an old building but decent for a short stay. They have a nice dining area ! I was double booked and looked to be charged incorrectly. I called this morning to see if I could get a few questions answered. Paula needs customer service training or pulled from the front desk. She’s very inhospitable. She first proceeded to tell me to contact my bank without even looking to see when I checked out. Then when I explain the situation she places me on hold then comes back with an attitude to get my name and reservation information. Then she proceeds to tell me everything but what I asked for. Which was , did the second reservation get canceled on their end.. Easy Question .

Nice accommodations and clean rooms! Restaurant staff and food is very good. Loses 3 stars: Front desk staff is callous, socially inept, cold, and unhelpful. Called room at 10:30 at night…with sleeping children (easy enough to see on reservation). Then called again at 11:30 threatening to kick us out of our room to make sure we paid a bill from dinner. The clerk and assistant manager didn’t understand how rude it was to call a guest’s room after 9pm, especially twice. I was shocked when I confronted the staff about the poor service at the front desk (trying to hold the accountable for their poor decisions) the assistant manager, Jessica, called the local police threatening to kick myself, my wife, and my two sleeping kids under 5 out of our room because I had requested to pay my outstanding bill upon checkout (like every other property I’ve stayed at). No explanation, no effort to diffuse the situation, no managerial skills at all. Never experienced a Hilton property or service this poor from hotel staff anywhere. I would expect disappointing service at a cheap hotel or motel, but this was more than disappointing. Avoid this hotel if you care about service…but if it’s just for a nice room, it’s not bad. Loses 1 star: Has nice indoor pool but it is not heated and was extremely cold for the middle of summer. Very disappointing for the kids who love the water. Note to hotel shop owners: The convenience shop sells cheap Nestle water for more than the vending machines. 2 bottles costs the same as 35 bottles from WalMart 2 minutes away. Provide nicer water for the premium markup or lower your price. A 16x markup is a bit rich, even for a decent hotel. *If I’m in the wrong about paying an outstanding bill upon checkout, I’d give two stars overall for the poor service experience.

The hotel is an older building which makes the room feel a bit small. There is a restaurant on the lobby floor which is good and necessary since it's the only place most would walk to in the area. The lobby, pool, gym have a nice open design but may be small for the number of people that could be in the hotel. Service was amazing both front desk and restaurant.

Nice location and lobby. Check in was a breeze. Initial room flooded on first toilet flush and we were immediately switched to another room. Staff offered nothing for the inconvenience as the time lost made us miss our dinner reservation. Second room was dated and frankly not the cleanest. We will try somewhere else next time unfortunately due to the room conditions.
