Went to buy a freezer. Got it home and unboxed it and saw the top was severely dented. I really don't feel like repacking it and hauling it back to my Walmart store. Very disappointed!

My wife set up a pickup order. I pulled into spot#1and called the number on the sign. Rather to than an actual person from the store answering, I had to call a national 800 number and they had to call the store and connect us in a conference call and the problem was resolved. It would have been faster for me to park, go into the store, get my products and wait for checkout than this "convenient" service. Brutal!!

I had an unfortunate experience yesterday that has changed my opinion of this store location I realized after walking to my car that one bag of purchased items were left in the store. Destiny looked at footage of the transactions When she came back she treated me so rude and condescending as if I was lying and stole the items She basically told me since I walked to my car there was nothing she could do that I had taken my items out the store. She was rude and offered no help in resolving the matter that basically it was my lost. I knew she could not have looked at the footage because she would have seen that I left it in the store. Today I came back in the store and Izzy found my items that I left in the store Thanks so much Izzy for taking my word and going the extra mile to help a customer.

Associates are incapable of “matching” the prices listed on Walmart’s own website for tech. Website shows sold and shipped from Walmart, available for pickup immediately, and the exact stock location but the price cannot be “matched” since the holy website does not say verbatim what the associate wants to hear. If you are advertising a price and selling at another, that’s not “price matching” that’s price gouging and shady business. The change in price is literally a manufacturer sale. The sale is honored by nearly every business I can find, except for this exact brick and mortar. So much for convenience Walmart. Thanks for taking 15 minutes to confirm they’re even in stock. Since when is Walmart above false advertising?
