I called to make an appointment and was transferred to the person in charge. I left a voicemail with all the info they needed but did not receive a call back the next day. I called them again the next day, waited 10 minutes before a live person picked up only to be put on hold again before i could even say what I needed. Ridiculous. I gave up and just hung up.

Front desk people are VERY nice. However, once you get inside, you can expect nurses just running through routine questions like robots. Then you will get an under qualified doctor who also acts like a robot. I had to diagnose myself, because the doctors are so uneducated. I felt like I was in the movie “Saw.” What an absolute nightmare! And then! The total cost of one visit is costing me over $600 after insurance. Absolutely appalling and disgusting. This place is the epitome of everything wrong with healthcare in this country: unaffordable, low-quality care.
