I am a frequent customer of Raceway Carwash, and always appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. The staff is friendly, and after a detail my car comes out looking like new. My daughter also likes to sit in the fun car couch in the waiting room. Highly recommend!

Very poor job cleaning car. Heard the guy in front of me complaining. Went to get in our”finished” car and it was filthy. Even still contained garbage. Person after us complained also. Tons of people working here. Very few cars going through. No excuse.

Did not want to write this, but I have reached out to the company and have not received a response after one week. Needs to be fixed, and hope that this can help someone else. I’ve been going to Raceway on and off since I acquired my license 5 years ago. Love the staff, and quite convenient to go through automatic wash instead of getting wet with a pressure washer doing it yourself. Recently I had purchased a new (to me) car, the 2006 Aveo pictured and wanted to keep it clean for the first month of ownership. Was sold as the subscription, and was told to come in exactly one month to cancel the subscription. Employee conveyed that they could not cancel the next payment on the spot, but if I visited that day that it would not be a problem. The day came around, and I made my way down to raceway as promised. Instead of help canceling the expensive subscription as promised, I was greeted with the news that I had already been charged for an additional month at an even higher tiers than previous. Employee told me that I was just “out of luck”. With the inquiry to speak to a manager, I was told to “email the company” and they might get back to me. Refused to let them wash my car, and have not returned since. I have loved coming here occasionally in the past, but I can’t justify returning here if this is the norm and would encourage others to do the same if business is conducted in this manner. Look forward to actually speaking to someone and having this fixed.

This is an excellent car wash. Very nice and attentive staff, extremely good cloth automatic wash and hand detailing. Well worth the price, regardless of which wash you buy. Car was spotless after the washes. We'll be visiting Raceway at least once a month.
