dfm Car Stereo

I had an amp, and front and rear speakers installed here. I bought everything from DFM as they have a great selection in their showroom. It was a bit frustrating at first as the person who did the install did something incorrectly and things didn't fully work properly. I have a newer car with a complex stock stereo. When I brought the issue to the attention of the owner (Tom) he made sure that everything was taken care of in a very expeditious and professional manner. He had his lead installer take a look and he was able to (easily) figure out the problem and fix it very quickly. While it was a bit of stress for me, I have to give a nod to DFM for going out of their way to make sure that everything was done well and that I was happy. They truly care about their customers and I appreciate that. Any other stereo work that I want to have done in the future I will be back with confidence.

My car sterio hadn't worked for way to long so I made an appmt with DFM to find out and fix it, I dropped it off, called a while later, they were done, it was all fixed and works great. I was prepared to pay whatever but to my surprise they only charged $25.00, They are very honest.

Had to give one star just to review, but had bad service and haven't gotten back to me. Guy solm some basic speakers that go in and out of sound, not willing to make a box for my subwoofer. I guess if you don't have a new truck with wheels and substantial income they give you the worst service and are less of a priority which is logical
