Worst dealership for service. See my pics).I was complaining for same issue twice for above invoices and twice your service “did” the job and charges me tremendous amount which I paid without a question, Total of $4,375.87!I was complaining and Matt (service guy) took a test drive and could not find any problems. Since then, I continued to drive the car as “not fixed”. Recently I talked to my co-worker and he advised me to go to local mechanic and I did. The mechanic as attached pictures, found that problem and fixed the car. I have all receipts and mechanic can confirm that MB service has not even touched anything on this Car regarding cleaning. I emailed MB service and no one replied or called back.

I never write a negative review. But my terrible experience with this facility today changed my mind. I spent over $2800 on my car service at this facility just week ago. They gave me a loaner which was nice. My car is a Mercedes SLK300. However, I found out they damaged my power button on passenger seat after they finished service and I drove my car back home because the passenger seat was moved. It was in front position before, but now it was all the way back. Obviously, during the car service, their people seated on my passenger seat and broken the power button. I went to their facility and showed them the damage today. But they didn’t admit their people damaged it. I requested them to look at their security camera and video so that they can see if their people damaged it or not. But they refused. In the end, they gave me a quote. They damaged my car but I have to pay for it. It is a joke! Do not come to this place. All they want is your money.

Bought a $73k car from them 3 weeks ago. I was going down my street that has no potholes or debris at 18 mph and not only got a flat tire but it also ripped off the liner in the wheel well. They charged me $1,000 to have this fixed. Its crazy that they charge such high prices for garbage quality. If you build a car that has tires that go flat for seemingly no reason at least engineer a liner that can withstand the flat at 18 mph. My expection was the services group would cover the cost of liner since this is clearly unacceptable on a 3 week old car but that was definitely not the case. Don't use their services and don't buy a Mercedes.

From the moment I booked my appointment by phone it was so easy to bring my car in for service. The service department helped me quickly, and I was in and out in a loaner in no time, no wait. Returns no my loaner for my car was even faster. Great personal service. Strongly recommend them as best Mercedes Benz service I have ever received.

Most employees wear masks. It's a large space so social distancing is easy if you avoid small sales offices.
