Horrible. Workers do not care about customers. Wait in line then find they don't have items in stock. They should just close the place down.

the issue started when we ordered online through the DQ website. after we paid for our meals, we received an email with the receipt, and $2 was added to the final amount. when we confronted about the price change, the worker there said that the "price was correct" and that the burger we ordered was 2 extra dollars, a different price than the one on the website. the second issue occurred after we got our meals. the burgers were fine, but the chicken strip basket had a lot of problems. they gave us fries instead of the onion rings we had ordered after we had paid $0.69 more to get rings instead of fries. The dipping sauce we ordered was not ranch, but gravy, which wasn't a big deal, but it shows how careless this location is when handling orders. not the best.

Employees hands were visibly dirty especially under fingernails. Clearly not washed properly. Additionally, we had to wait several minutes for them to complete a conversation complaining about how lazy their coworkers were. Ice cream was good though.

Abysmal...customer service on 3/27 was terrible, and that is being nice. BLEACH was poured on the counter with food and the place was an absolute mess... The attendant took 5 orders then started to make the first orders which were burgers so everything was cold and old. The management should consider either being here, if the are as great as stated in previous reviews, or just sell this place (after firing these 2 people who probably consider this job a bother) Stay AWAY. This place is not only a bad representation of Dairy Queen but hazardous to your health with an apparent disregard to the use of chemicals around food, cross contamination while making food and disgusting presentations of hygiene.
