Had my daughters birthday party hosted at the picnic spaces. A bit pricey for the area, but had nice shaded area, good amount of open space, play area has a lot of fun activities like zip lining and a large slide. It was a good day for us and our guests

Great park with unique ways to have fun! Zipline, swing set, play structure for little kids, big slide, logs to walk on, and a big sand box! Bathrooms are available. It is a great space and there is free parking. I recommend bring some sand toys and a hat. Most of the play areas are not covered so on a sunny day it can be hot. There is a bicycle path so you may also want to bring scooters and bikes!

Great park, lots of open space and has a cute playground area for kids. The zip line and slide are great additions. When a lot of people are there I would watch your little ones because the bigger kids can be a little rough/rowdy.

I don't see why not. It's a huge space with no powerlines and it is a public space.

Can you have party here? And if so how much?

Yes super nice picnic area. Not sure on the price. Knowing other Alameda parks, it will be pric1e1y.

Have the homeless people taken it over yet?

I moved away because the homeless kept taking over parks. Sad to see it go downhill!

Dogs have to be on a lead, it's more of a people walking, biking through with a couple play structures so of cut through to the east side.
