It’s a little in the small size but the staff surely makes up for that!!! Was trying to find out some information on Dyslexia Dysgraphia... come to find out she was able to relate to my situation and made me know... I am not alone!!! Awesome job staff really make the Library a great place for my kiddos!!!

I love this library! Derik is the best. The hold times are insanely fast. They will print out coloring pages at your request. They love kids and are super understanding of kid's shenanigans. For a small library, it couldn't get any better.

Very nice library. Great selection and efficient hold system. The computers are speedy and there are plenty of places to work. The library is also very clean and well kept. The library events are also quite fun for all ages. The main problem is the middle school and elementary kids that play Roblox; they take up many of the computers and talk loudly amongst themselves. However there are a few questionable staff members that stereotype individuals by their age. I am a high school student and when I am working on school work and ask for more computer time they assume that I am a Roblox player and refuse to grant it. The other librarians are very friendly and helpful and will give you all the time you need. Other than that, I would defiantly recommend this library.

Thank you for your message. The American Canyon Branch Library *does not * currently have a fax machine. The Napa Main Library, 580 Coombs St, does. The American Canyon location does have a scanner and scans can be saved to a flash drive for emailing.
Our goal is to be available to as many people as possible. This means that on Wednesday and Thursday we're open later so that working families and students have access. The downside is that it means that we open later as our branches are staffed with a single shift. I hope this helps and thank you for reaching out to the Napa County Library.
We don't. But Napa Valley College does. They can be checked out for 2 hours. However, they must be used inside their building. Anyone with a library card can check out materials from the Napa Valley College (or Solano Community College).
