Ridiculous. Shows that the tire center opens at 7:00am. They didn’t open until 7:22. Been waiting outside for 22 minutes! You would think for opening late the employees would have a better attitude since they had extra time to get it together. They finally opened up and I was still sitting here. They took their time like they ain’t see me sitting here.

I hit a curb, I called to see if they had my tire. The phone rang and rang. Noone ever came to the phone. This has not only happened in sumter. It was 3 locations in Columbia, SC as well. They should have a phone in the bay. It is ridiculous. But when the do work I never have a problem.

Tried to call to get details about a service but no answer, so I drove up and when I went inside, I saw the phone was hanging off the hook. Then they told me they weren't doing the service I needed at the time because they were "short staffed". If they had taken my call, I wouldn't have had to go up there in the first place and waste my gas and wear and tear on my vehicle. Do not recommend.
