Do not trust. Our first time here and clearly they are not honest. Weights and Measures need to check up on their calculation. There are too many legitimate recycle stations to waste your time here.

because they dont care to live up to their own false promises regarding their times.
They close during rain times because those are the indicators that usually tells them that it would be unsuitable for someone to bring their recyclables there since it is raining. It tells them, "There's a low chance someone would want to have something recycled at this moment. Next time when it is shiny". Weather can also place a certain mood upon a person which could influence them too. The times of opening late and closing early are completely up to the people managing the recycling place. They could have other jobs to get to or they are the ones in the wrong for not opening on time.
