Quick and automated - No problems at all. A bit more expensive than going to the hardware store, but very convenient. Keys were a little rough edged, but nothing serious. Nice that they can remember your key for future copies if needed.

Quick and easy, but a bit pricey for building key duplication ($10-13 per key style), but good quality (all 4 keys I duped worked properly, which is better than I can say for previous kiosks I used in a home depot previously when half the keys didnt even work). So well worth it when you want it quick!

Machine was easy to find and operate, keys worked perfectly. Only complaint would be it's a bit slow, but overall great.

Very convenient, quick and easy. Also have some novelty keys that you can order. I liked that you could save your keys for future use, though I opted not to do so at this time.
