As a business owner I need 24-hour access to my unit because it's where I store all of the furniture I buy and sell. So sometimes people need to pick up something they bought past hours or I need to unload a truck after 10:00pm. Last week I went to add an additional storage unit so to the large one I already had there and everything went fine. Until I came back with U-Haul truck full of auction items that night and couldn't get into the building because my access had been denied. So not freaking out yet I simply called the 24-hour customer service number, I got sent to voicemail where I left a message and I'm still waiting to hear back 4 days later. So I had to extend the truck rental for an extra night which cost me $120 and I went in the next morning and had the problem fixed. However, I'm still out an extra $120 for the truck which they know about but made no effort to even attempt to help with. All the person at the office said was why didn't you call the 24 hours customer service, I told them I did and it went to voicemail and was then questioned if I was calling the right number as if they didn't believe me. They told me that it shouldn't go to voicemail it's supposed to be a person. That conversation ended with me showing them my call log. I understand mistakes happen which is why the mistake isn't what upset me. It was the way it was handled after it happened. I left the two voicemails that night and again 4 days later have yet to hear from anyone. Definitely not sure I'll be staying here much longer after that experience. I will say the facility is very clean though and the staff is friendly. I hope I can change this review in the future because it could have been such a simple fix.

The assistant manager, Rondo was very friendly and professional. He was exceptionally great at providing service. Not only was he helpful, but was also kind and respectful. From what I saw, he was always willing to help customers and was extremely patient with everyone. Thank you Rondo for your service.

Rondo was very helpful and informative during my transfer from one unit to another at the Safeguard on California and Peterson. I really needed to downsize as i was paying for a large space that i didn’t really need. He took his time, didn’t rush and showed me all my options. If i ever need anything i know i can go to him. Thank you Rondo!

Highly recommend this storage facility. The space is secure, clean, and well lit. Assistant Manager Rondo made the rental process quick and easy for me and my friend Ana; Rondo was very professional and made sure to answer all of our questions.

You can get a unit to store you motorcycle in the facility but as far as I know parking around the building is an 1hr if you are doing errands other than the facility and of course you have a current unit with them
