I came in to visit Life Storage Facility today, and the young lady at the front desk Ms.Tyesha was very helpful in giving me the information in what I needed to do for renting a storage unit. But the only issue I see is that this facility could be more secure with having a security guard on duty at all times. Other than that issue this I would rate this facility with 5 stars.

We’ve had a great experience while renting with Yolanda. I’ve been renting with Yolanda and been assisted with every question as well as helped when I misplaced my key. The loading dock has been very accessible and the facility has been very clean. There’s also a bathroom on the site which helps for long moves.

I've had a storage space at Life Storage for several months now but needed to upgrade to a larger one. Turns out the size I wanted is hard to come by. I saw one online and went to the store later but it had already been rented. I was bummed by Yolanda was so helpful and sympathetic. Here we are, two months later, and one finally appeared! Yolanda was working again and made the process so easy explaining how it would work, how much I'd be charged and what credit I'd get from the unit I was vacating. Additionally, we talked a bit about a few person things. It was nice to have a pleasant, relatable human being to chat with for a minute. Life Storage is very secure where you need codes to open the garage door and a code again to access the elevator. The building is extremely clean. The only thing I'd change is that sometimes all the carts are in use when I arrive. I wish there were a few more of them! I'd recommend Life Storage. Oh, and the prices are competitive. I did quite a bit of research on locations and prices before booking.
