Went to open a new storage unit at the Sheridan location. Moriah was great, she was super helpful in showing & explaining all the different units. Told me about all the charges, how much it would be monthly, the initial fees, how the key fob & garage door worked etc. Now I see her every time I stop in & she greets me with a smile. Our unit is spacious. And I love all the cameras. Makes me feel safe. And prices were affordable.

The facility is secure and clean, the reception area is also spacious and well kept and there is a good variety of relevant merchandise available. Ashil helped me “check in” to the unit, otherwise the rest of the process was done online. He assigned me an access code and showed me the space, etc. My own insurance covers my belongings so I was able to waive their provided coverage. Overall both transactions were really straightforward and streamlined- all in all I probably spent 10-15 mins online and 10-15 mins in person with no problems.

Achilles. Jeanty Jr. has always been pleasant and helpful. Especially mindful of safety for the customers, especially my Mom when he sees she is alone. . At times when he says something out of order he quickly tends to it so all is in place.
