I had to wait 3 hours for pizza. I do not recommend, I had to pay a lot and did not get any discount. I am disappointed .... pizza arrived cold

No idea why they haven't opened up this place back to a regular dine in. It was a good pizza spot with TVs and great waitors/waitresses before the pandemic. You can still sit and eat inside but there's honestly no point to. It should strictly just be take out. I decided to dine in because my kids were really hungry and we just needed a quick bite. The floors were very dirty as if there was salt and mud from the winter snow, and there's only 2 workers. You order your food and everything is brought out in to go containers at the register and if you're lucky they'll have some paper plates. Bathrooms were not clean. Wanted to order more food but from the way the place looked I just ordered a small cheese pizza which was ok.

Food is as expected. It was good. Was delivered to me cold via Doordash. They gave me the wrong beverage. I wanted Diet Pepsi. The regular Pepsi tastes bad to me. Probably not going to get another pizza here. I ordered it at 7:15pm. Finally got it at 8:50pm.

I ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day from the app. The app told me it would be a 60 minute wait which I seen as normal looking at the day. I arrived 3 minutes before the app said it was ready and clicked the button specifying that I have arrived for curbside pickup. The app told me the Order is ready and after waiting for 30+ minutes I got ticked off and decided to go inside to grab it myself. When I entered I see multiple customers waiting with no employees at the front. After waiting another 10 minutes I called over one of the people making the pizzas and they informed me that the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. After wasting all that time I decided to cancel my order. That was a really uncalled for situation on a day I could have spent my time with my girl friend. Would not recommend this place just for this reason.
